Our telephone triage service is available during your clinic’s closing hours and provides free advice to your clients about their pets’ condition. Our team of nurses offers guidance under the supervision of senior duty vets.
You are notified of every piece of advice given to your clients via email and through your personal account on our website.
This service is completely free for both you and your clients.
If the pet’s condition requires it, we offer your patient an emergency home visit. The Emergency Home Vet team are used to delicate situations and are equipped and trained to handle emergencies. Our protocols are continuously updated and allow your paitents to receive the best veterinary medical developments, and therefore the best care. Our emergency response bags are filled with drugs, equipment and even devices for blood and urines tests in order to handle all possible emergencies in the home.
If the animal’s condition is too severe or our response times are too long, we direct the animal to the hospitalisation facility of your choice.
If the animal does not require a consultation, we simply advise the owner so they can wait calmly until your clinic reopens.
